Do I need anything else to complete it?
Most kits include everything you need. For those with lighting, you’ll need AAA / AA batteries. If you feel it’s necessary, we recommend having white glue or an alcohol-based adhesive on hand for a more secure build.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How long does it take to finish one?
Most projects take 6–15 hours to complete, depending on your pace, skill level, and how much time you want to spend perfecting the details. Many builders enjoy spreading it out over a few days, dipping in and out at their own rhythm. It’s meant to be relaxing, not rushed—take your time and enjoy the process.

My lights aren’t turning on—what should I check?
1. Make sure the batteries are fresh and inserted correctly, and that the switch is turned on.
2. Check that the wires are connected properly—red to positive and black to negative
3. Look out for any loose or damaged connections.
If you’ve double-checked everything and the lights still won’t turn on, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help or send a replacement if needed.
